Waste management is a perennial problem for any modern society and the waste disposal techniques being followed around the globe are archaic as most of them do not meet expected standards of environmental and public safety.
We, at Axino Technologies, have super-advance plasma based waste disposal methods. Plasma System is the backbone of most of our technology and we have developed the most advance Plasma Systems and Furnaces that can perform a verity of task and can be used for a number of applications.
Our Plasma Furnaces are fed with municipal soil waste (MSW) from the top and once batch of is fed the furnace lid is closed and the plasma torches are brought into action. The plasma torches are arranged in special three-tier arrangement and from them an ultra-high temperature plasma jet (flame) is generated. The Plasma Jet generate a very high temperature and the MSW is broken down into liquid slag. This slag is then brought out through a slag door and can be used as a construction material once it solidifies. Also, a very useful by- product of the gasification process is SYNGAS- which is a mixture of carbon monoxide and hydrogen and is generated from the breakdown of the organic matter of the waste. SYNGAS has a high calorific value and can be converted into electricity by using gas turbine.
